Our Vanilla Bean Infused Honey begins with honey from our own hives here on Kangaroo Island, where our bees forage across some of the last truly pristine landscapes in Australia. We add whole vanilla beans and steep them directly in the honey, allowing the tiny seeds and their intoxicating fragrance to slowly permeate every layer. No extracts, no shortcuts — just real vanilla and real honey, given the time they need to become something extraordinary. The result is a honey that's rich and complex, with a creamy, almost caramel-like depth that lingers on the palate.
